Tucka, a Louisiana native, emerged in the music scene when he performed with the iconic Keith Frank & the Soileau Zydeco Band in 2007. One year later, Tucka pursued a solo career, and he became known as the “king of swing.” Tucka developed a reputation for his romantic R&B tracks, such as “Pillow Talk,” “Till the Sun Comes Up,” “Candyland,” and “Work It Out.” His music, which became a staple among soul fans in the south, is heavily influenced by renowned R&B artists, such as Barry White and R. Kelly.

Independent R&B singer-songwriter Ronnie Bell made waves in the music scene with his vocal
prowess, which fans described as reminiscent of renowned singers Brian Mcknight, Jaheim, and Tank. Bell’s music style is deeply rooted in Southern soul and blues, which may have commercial and contemporary characteristics. The Louisiana-born singer has been performing in choirs during his teen years. He later joined George Perkins & the Voices of Praise. During his college years, he joined the Southern University Concert Choir. Some of Bell’s most notable singles include “Cotton Candy,” “I’ll Pay the Shipping Cost,” and “Can I Get Some.”

Early in her career, sensational blues singer Nellie Tiger Travis was a popular attraction in the Chicago blues scene. Apart from single-handedly entertaining blues enthusiasts, she collaborated with renowned soul and blues singers, such as Buddy Guy, Bobby Rush, Otis Clay, and Little Milton. Some of Nellie Travis's most noteworthy studio releases include Mr. Sexy Man: The Album (2017) and Wanna Be With You (2021).
