Cadence Bank Amphitheatre Rules

Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park is devoted to providing a safe and fun outdoor music experience for all of their guests. To help promote this goal, the venue has the following rules and policies in place. Please read and review the following rules and policies.

Accessibility Policy
To help ensure that everyone can enjoy events equally, the staff at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park offer the following ADA-compliant measures.

  • Seating- ADA seating is available. You can call 404-233-2227 for assistance. There are accessible seating options at every price range but all ADA seating is available on a first-come-first-served basis. ADA seating may not be available on the day of the event, so please be sure to order early.
  • Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located on Elliott Galloway Way. These parking spaces are free and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Accessible Stations- An usher and head ushers can assist you. Please contact them for any help you need.
  • Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, the venue strongly recommends requesting an exchange through www.livenation.com. The venue cannot guarantee they will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
  • Interpreter Requests- Please contact 404-233-2227 at least 2 weeks before your ticketed event if you need interpreter services. An usher will introduce you to your interpreter when you arrive. There is no extra charge for these services.
  • Accommodations- All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.

Alcohol Policy
Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park At Chastain Park offers alcoholic beverages for purchase during events. Some events allow you to bring your food and beverages into the venue and any purchase of alcohol requires a valid and current Driver’s License or State ID. You will be required to show your ID every time you purchase alcohol. Please refer to your upcoming ticketed event description for more details.

Animal/Pet Policy
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.

Arrival Policy
Showtimes may require guests to arrive on time. Any special events will start at the time on the event description or your ticket and Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park recommends that guests arrive no later than 45 minutes before their ticketed event time. At the event hosts’ discretion, late arrivals may be asked to wait outside of the venue until an appropriate break period. You may call 800-653-8000 for more information

Bag Policy
Event staff reserves the right to inspect any bags for inspection. Guests have the right to refuse searches and event staff reserve the right to deny entry. Any prohibited items may be returned to your vehicle.

Banner/Sign Policy
Signs and banners brought into the venue may not be larger than 8.5 x 11. This size is the size of a standard sheet of paper. Larger signs are not allowed to prevent blocking the view of the show for other guests. Signs may also not be inappropriate in nature or a distraction to the artist.

Camera Policy
Camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras are allowed. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed. Some events and artists do not permit cameras of any kind, so please be sure to read your ticketed event description for details. You may call Live Nation at 800-653-8000 if you need clarification.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. Local media will be notified as soon as such cancellations occur with information about possible rescheduling. You may contact Live Nation to request information about refunds at the point of purchase at 800-653-8000.

Children Policy
Every show at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park is all-ages appropriate. All children, regardless of age, require their tickets. If your child is disruptive or disturbs guest enjoyment of the event, the event staff reserves the right to expel you from the venue.


Lost and Found Policy
Lost an item at an event? You can ask event staff for help with finding the lost and found service. You can also call 404-233-2227 after the show. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item. Cadence Bank Amphitheatre At Chastain Park does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Prohibited Items
There are two types of events offered at the venue: Table/Cooler events and Non-Table/Cooler events. These events have different prohibited items as described below. Please refer to the event description for more details on which applies to your upcoming ticketed event. You may also call 800-653-8000 for help.

  • Animals (except service animals
  • Fireworks
  • Strollers
  • Signs larger than 8.5″ x 11″
  • Other items vary on a show-by-show basis.

  • Glassware
  • Lawn chairs
  • Liquor bottles larger than 375 ml or one pint
  • Weapons
  • Go-Pros, drones, professional cameras, I-Pads
